Thai Yellow Curry Paste

Sometimes seen on Thai restaurant menus written in English as "Kaeng Kari". or แกงกะหรี่ in Thai. This curry paste is notable for its use of spices more generally associated with Indian curries. However, the spicing is lightly balanced allowing the typical flavours of a Thai curry to still predominate. A mild curry popular with children and adults alike.

Fabulous

Super quick delivery! Just made a vegetable yellow curry, what can I say absolutely divine, so far also tried the red curry paste and Massaman and have all been so lovely. Ordered pretty much all of the pastes to try and will definitely will be returning for more once I've got through them all. Amazing thank you ❤️

Tasty

cooked my curry paste with Jumbo prawns in shell but only put in 3/4 can of coconut milk as I prefer my curries a little thicker and the result was so delicious.
