I've tried just about every Thai paste available out there from the shelves. These are by some distance the most authentic and delicious we have used. Ready to use and with recipes available you can't beat them. We usually season to taste with fish sauce and a fresh lime but other than that they are good to go. Will be re ordering very soon.

So happy I ordered! I was missing authentic Thai flavours after returning from a trip to Thailand, and My Thai Curry did not disappoint - the massaman and peneng curry pastes were fantastic. I was not expecting them to arrive so quickly - I was eating my own curry two days after ordering! Will definitely be making more orders soon.
Such a great curry. You absolutely have to use decent coconut milk. We pair it with chicken/green beans/peppers and baby sweetcorn. Maybe a few frozen peas at the end for sweetness too. You cannot go wrong with these. Our favourites are red/Green and Massaman. Taste sensation. I add a couple of Star Anise to the Massaman. Belting. Just as good as any Thai restaurant.
