Every molecule of my Thai DNA screams out to me that this is wrong! A Thai Green curry should always carry a certain level of heat, I was raised that way. However, I have lost count of the customers who have requested this and so I have finally given in. Like its older brothers, Bangkok & Southern Green curry paste, it's big on Lemongrass and Kaffir Lime tastes but very light on the chilli scale. And if you find this one too hot then I will retire my wok and become a plumber:-)
Shallots, Mild Green Chilli (13%), Sunflower Oil, Coconut Palm Sugar(10%), Lemon Grass (9%), Coriander, Garlic (3%), Turmeric, Bean Curd (Soya),(Wheat) Galangal, Kaffir Lime Leaves (2%), Krachai, Pepper, Salt, Cumin.100g ℮

Anyone who likes Thai cooking at home then this is your easy way to do it and so tasty. Would highly recommend. So far have had the green curry and enjoyed every mouthful. Thank you

the best Thai Green curry paste

I have reverted back to this after trying another companies version when this was out of stock - NO COMPARISON.. this is so authentic tasting and is great that has no fish sauce so is fully veggie so can add your own if wanted. Just need to make sure that I never run out again..

Authentic Thai Pastes

Well what and absolute gem of a fiend for me. Just had my first order and when I tell you that the pastes make the most delicious meals. Very intense but at the same time delicate and full of flavour and goodness. I have travelled all over Asia and close countries and would have to say my dishes have been welcomed by both family and friends.
