Every molecule of my Thai DNA screams out to me that this is wrong! A Thai Green curry should always carry a certain level of heat, I was raised that way. However, I have lost count of the customers who have requested this and so I have finally given in. Like its older brothers, Bangkok & Southern Green curry paste, it's big on Lemongrass and Kaffir Lime tastes but very light on the chilli scale. And if you find this one too hot then I will retire my wok and become a plumber:-)

Best curry pastes I’ve tried

We have tried the green and red curry pastes so far and have been really impressed by their quality and flavour. They are as good as anything we have had in a restaurant.

Delivery was also very quick - 5 stars all round!

Very easy, super tasty

Extremely easy to make, smelt and tasted delicious. Made two versions a meat and vegetarian one neither party felt left out. Not my first purchase and won't be my last. Have had several of the other pastes too and have never been disappointed. All very tasty.

Amazing

My friend recommended your pastes (which I knew would be good as she is an excellent cook and usually makes everything from scratch). I ordered, they came quickly and taste amazing. I added chicken, mange tout, baby corn, pak choi and coconut milk. It was a quick delicious meal that I will be doing again. Cant wait to try the others I bought. I have already recommended to several friends.

Absolutely delicious

I've been using these pastes for a few years now and they are superb. Nothing bought in a supermarket from brands like Blue Dragon or Amoy come anywhere close to the authenticity of the mythaicurry ones. I've tried most of them now and they are all as good as each other. It's always an excited family when Thai curry is on the menu for dinner in our house.
